Meet the Composers
This weekend (Nov 7-8) sees the orchestra performing our first Family Concerts of the new season! And “Meet the Composers” is always a fun one. Special appearances planned by Beethoven, Vivaldi and the ever-affable, ever-musical Gabriela Frank, the SFCO’s very first Composer in Residence!

Get Twisted
Also in announcements this week, we are hosting two upcoming events for SFCO members as part of a new special event series entitled “Classical with a Twist”. (Visit the Special Events page for more details.) These cocktail-hour mixers present “twists” on classical music themes (and “twists” in your martini glass)! So come “get twisted” with us this Fall.
