San Francisco Venues
The historic Herbst Theatre is located at 401 Van Ness Avenue (cross street McAllister), a 10-minute walk from the Civic Center BART station. A bike rack is available on the left side of the building's façade. Parking may be found on nearby streets or in the underground Civic Center Plaza Parking Garage on the south side of McAllister between Polk and Larkin Streets.
The Randall Museum is located at 199 Museum Way (near the peak of Corona Hill), a 10–15-minute walk uphill from Muni's K/L/M stop at Castro and Market Street, a 10-minute walk uphill from Muni's #24 stop at Castro and 16th Street, or a 5-minute level walk from Muni's #37 stop at Roosevelt and Museum Ways. Free parking may be available in a small, on-site parking lot (enter by Roosevelt Way) or on nearby States Street and Roosevelt Way.
The Museum is admission-free (donations are welcome) and open to the public 10:00am–5:00pm Tuesdays–Saturdays. Information about their interactive art and science exhibits for youth and adults can be found at randallmuseum.org.
The Nourse Theater is located at 275 Hayes Street (across from the Davies Hall musician entrance), a 10–minute walk from BART's Civic Center station and a 5-minute walk from Muni's metro stop at Van Ness and Market. Free street parking is available on nearby streets after 6:00pm. Bike racks are located one block west on Hayes Street.
East Bay Venues
First Congregational Church of Berkeley
First Congregational Church is located at 2345 Channing Way (cross street Dana), a 15-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART station. Parking may be available in a small, on-site lot behind the church (enter by Channing Way, a fee sometimes applies), on nearby streets, or at the municipal ramp on Channing Way between Dana and Telegraph.
Oakland Asian Cultural Center
The Oakland Asian Cultural Center is located on the second floor of the Pacific Renaissance Plaza, at 388 9th Street (between Franklin and Webster Streets). The Plaza is a five-minute walk from 12th Street Oakland BART station and within one block of AC Transit lines 14, 18, 88, and 314. Bike racks are available on surrounding streets. Parking may be found in the Plaza's underground garage (at $2/hour, enter via Franklin Street), in the Franklin 88 garage (variable daily rate, also on Franklin between 9th and 11th), in the blue, public garage on the northeast corner of Webster and 11th Streets (variable daily rate, enter from either street), or on surrounding streets (metered, but free of charge on Sundays).
The Crowden School, Berkeley
The Crowden School is located within Crowden Music Center, at 1475 Rose Street (cross street Sacramento). Crowden is immediately served by AC Transit's #688 stop, as well as by their #25/H stop two blocks away at Hopkins and Sacramento. The School can also be reached following a 10-minute walk from North Berkeley BART station. Limited parking may be available on-site (enter by Sacramento Street) or more readily on nearby streets (unmetered).
Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse, Berkeley
The Freight & Salvage is located in downtown Berkeley at 2020 Addison Street (between Shattuck Avenue and Milvia Street), a half-block walk from Downtown Berkeley BART station. Bike racks are available along Addison Street as well as Shattuck Avenue. Parking may be available on nearby streets (metered) or Parking Concepts ramp at the intersection of Allston and Harold Ways.
Dinkelspiel Auditorium, Stanford
Dinkelspiel Auditorium is located at 471 Lagunita Drive, across from the Tresidder Student Memorial Union, on the campus of Stanford University. The Auditorium is immediately served by Stanford's free and public Marguerite Shuttle lines N and O (evenings) and SE (weekends) at stop #26. Many bike racks are available in front of the Auditorium. Parking is also available free of charge in the lot before Dinkelspiel and Tresidder, at Mayfield Avenue and Lagunita Drive.
First Palo Alto United Methodist Church
First Palo Alto is located at 625 Hamilton Avenue (near Webster Street and one short block south of Middlefield Road), a 5-minute walk from AC Transit's DB stop at Middlefield Road and Lytton Avenue. Parking may be available on-site behind the church, on nearby streets, or in the municipal ramp across the street on Webster.
College of San Mateo Theatre
The College of San Mateo Theatre is located in Building 3 at 1700 West Hillsdale Boulevard (near Exit 10, off Highway 92). Parking is available free of charge in the large, on-campus Lot #2 ("Beethoven"), accessible from West Hillsdale Boulevard either by CSM Drive or Perimeter Road.
Congregational Church of San Mateo
Congregational Church of San Mateo is located at 225 Tilton Avenue. The Church is located within a five-minute walk of San Mateo Caltrain Station.
