Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a PayPal account to buy a membership online?
- No. PayPal processes our online payments and you will be redirected to PayPal's website when you click on the "Buy Now" button. Once there, you can pay by credit card without setting up a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal website under the heading "Don't have a PayPal account?".
Why do I have to enter a shipping address when I buy a membership online?
- When we receive your membership payment, we will send you a New Member Packet that contains a thank-you letter, your membership card, a 2006-2007 Season Highlights CD, and information about the orchestra and our upcoming season.
Is it safe to pay online?
- Payments through PayPal are encrypted and PayPal does not pass along your credit card information to us or anyone else.
When will I receive my membership packet?
- You can expect to receive your membership packet 2-3 weeks after we receive your payment.
